We installed our fence over 20 years ago and have only washed it one time, ourselves, years ago. Needless to say it was in serious need of a good wash and seal. The house was last washed about 5 years ago but was really needing a good washing again. My wife reached out and found A Plus. They sent a guy out to walk the yard to give us a good estimate. We had the house washed, fence power washed and sealed, driveway, sidewalk, and porch all power washed, and windows cleaned. This was a 2 day event and they put in a lot of hours at our place making it look great. The difference between our before and after on the fence is beyond amazing and the drive looks absolutely new. They did a great job cleaning the house and ridding it of the green moldy growth that seems to cling to homes in our area. Team was very professional and seemed to truly care about the service they were providing. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I'm sure we will be reaching back out in the future.

I work for Dan and he is a nice guy that communicates well, and has a good crew. He washed my dads house, and the job was done perfectly. Gutters were functioning again, siding was clean, and roof was clean as well. Nicely done, reasonably priced, highly recommend.

The owner was very courteous and communicative. The crew did a fabulous job and our home looks better than I dared hope it would after the cleaning. They took care of mold/algae on our roof, cleaned the siding (both vinyl and brick), cleaned the mildew off the gutters, and a cement deck. I felt the pricing was fair for the work they did. Would highly recommend!

Dan was extremely prompt in all aspects of the job, from calling me back, visiting for a quote and arriving to the job in a timely (early) fashion. He and his assistant did an excellent job in cleaning my exterior windows and even took care of some issues that were not in his quote. I appreciate his professional demeanor and the job he completed. I feel confident in recommending his services to others.

Dan and his Team did an awesome job on our house. Took care of the roof moss..power washed house and rear deck. Looks brand new. We Highly recommend them!!
